Prices are in US dollars and don't include sales tax. Where tax applies, it's worked out from your billing address at checkout and added to the price shown; your receipt lists price, tax and total separately. Paid plans aren't on sale yet, so nothing on this site charges you today. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, in one click on your account page; you keep the plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then your Mac returns to free home Wi-Fi access. Commercial use of Tailscale may require Tailscale’s own paid plan. See the Terms of Service, End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy.
Your way
How would you like to explore the sample fleet?
You can switch at any time. Everything you pick stays exactly where you left it.
Looking at this computer…
Only this page sees it. Nothing about your computer is sent anywhere.
Memory
Why does my browser say 8 GB?
Browsers round memory down and stop counting at 8 GB, and Safari and Firefox do not share it at all, so websites cannot use it to tell computers apart. We work it out from your chip instead, and you can correct it with one tap.

Sample Computers & Fleet
These example computers are part of the sample fleet. Add another below to see how the preview changes.
Add another computer to the sample fleet
Pick a kind of personal computer to add it to the example fleet. Every computer here belongs to you; no real computer or settings are changed.
Have a specific computer code from the Afar app?
We fill this in for you from the kind of computer you pick. Only change it if the Afar app shows you a different code.
Optional: pick a plan or a one-time top-up
These are Afar's real plans and top-ups, the same as the price list above. You need none of them for your own Mac on same-subnet home Wi-Fi. One plan covers your whole account, and picking another plan swaps it. This sample never charges you; real plans are bought on your account page.
